Scroll Through Track

Hello,
I'm looking for an MP3 player that will allow me to move through a single track quickly. I like listening to lectures on Buddhism and want the ability to move to any time in the lecture. I have a very old player and have to hold down the forward button in order to get to another time. I've been looking at the Sansa Fuze but I have only seen the scroll wheel used for volume and not seeking. Will this player work or can someone else recommend an inexpensive alternative?

Avoiding Apple

Thank you for replying. I forgot to mention I'm trying to avoid Apple's products. I've started to look at some touch screen media players but some don't seem to get the best reviews. I'd really like to spend around $50 if I can while avoiding ebay or any place without a warranty.

There is just so much to look through and I don't have all the time in the world to watch videos or download and flip through manuals.
