So i bought this mp3/mp4 player yesterday and i am very confused and lost about it. I've read all the manuals tried to use the install disc but its all confusing. I can get music on here and it works but when i try to add video (which most of the time doesn't work even when the video is AVI) then the music stops working! I keep reading to install the drives on the disc but i don't see any. Does anyone have this player that can help me?

I purchased it myself and I have no idea either. I can not even get music on it so I guess your a step ahead. I tried going to there website but not much help. All you can download is the manual and the CD.

I could not get anything to work with that CD.
