Sony NWZ-B142F Fault. Any help please?

Hi,

it has worked normally for months since I purchased it, but now it won't let me listen. I can hear the music/talking but very very very faintly. The volume is on full but still almost no sound at all.

Strangely, when listening to songs on it I can hear the actual MUSIC fine but no vocals! I mainly use it for listening to Podcasts while on long journeys but this is no longer possible at all.

It's around 6 months old.

Thanks in advance for any sort of help.
