augen Eclipse mp3/mp4 player

i purchased this 2gig Augen Eclipse mp3/mp4 player as a gift because it was cheap and a great learning tool for an 8yr old. transfering music files with the drag and drop feature is easy. the problem is when i try to play the files on the mp3/mp4 player it only plays for ten seconds and stops. how do i fix this. i am very frustrated. PLEASE HELP

Yeah I Just Got Mine A Couple Of Days Ago,, Put The E-book Stuff On It,, Pictures, Music, All That Works, But Ive Spent The Last Day Trying To Get The Videos To Show Up On The Mp3/Mp4 Its Taking Up Space And All That,, But There No Where To Be Found
That Happen To You?

i've been trying every single forum that lime wire gives for the music videos but every time i put them on my eclipse mp3 player....it keeps saying,(forum errer).could somebody plz tell me whats going on?

I called Augen - their cs was great. Mine was simply not charging right because the player was off when attempting to charge.

putting forums from limewire on an augen mp3-player (see a few posts above from another user). Don't you need a forum player to play forums?

Your MP3 is on intro

Go to the main menu and press "menu" when "music" is highlighted
While the music is playing, press "menu".
keep clicking the right or left buttons until "Repeat" is highlighted. Press "Menu".
You probably have "07 Intro" highlighted, so just press menu when something other than "Intro" is highlighted.

I've got a question:
How do you install the video conversion tools?

Augen Eclipse? I just bought a Mach Speed Eclipse 200. Searching Google pictures they look the same, except the Mach Speed 200 uses cloned Ipod firmware and screens. Mach Speed is a licensed company selling their stuff in BestBuy and Staples(guess Apple has their back turned on the software infringement). I tried a 1:1 Chinese Nano knock-off from Ebay, but it didn't work. The Mach Speed Eclipse 200 seems to work great as a cheap disposable. None of these Nano copies are anywhere near the quality of a real Apple product though.
