Toshiba Gigabeat S30 -- Frozen!

Hi,

My Gigabeat has suddenly frozen for no apparent reasons. I can switch it on/off and put the player to hold on/off. Apart from that i'm not able to do anything on it. I even tried to sync it with WMP and tried syncing it and that also is working fine. I was able to transfer stuff to it. But i just cant to get to use it :(((.

Has any one faced this problem or knows any workaround.

Did you figure out what was wrong? I am wondering if it is incompatibility with a Windows Real Player update.

I got fed up and shipped it off to toshiba. i used windows media player. but suddenly it just froze up. i reset it, it would freeze up more often. then one time is completely wipes out the contents... then continued to freeze.
