Video editing software question

I have a Canon Vixia on a PanaVise mount inside a race car. The only way to get the view I need is to shoot with the camera inverted.

I need software that will flip it back 180 deg.

The basic editing software that comes with the camera is not capable of that.

I really need just this one feature and not some full blown Adobe type (expensive) software that has way more features than I need.

Suggestions, free is good if it WORKS & is SUPPORTED. I don't mind paying some if need be, thanks.

There are too many titles that can do this.
