i am trying to create a series of how to modeling videos. when i zoom in and as soon as i move an object or my hand the backround jumps all over. How can i fix this?
when i play back on the sony handycan DCR SX40 its the same thing on the viewfinder so it is the handycam recording this way

I see it. Turn IS off.

Turn Image Stabilization off.
