Best Camcorder for snowboarding (any size)

Im looking for a camcorder that i can use to record in the park. Every forum i've looked at so far everyones looking for a small portable camera for really cheap. Personally I'm fine as long as its under $2000. Waterproof would be nice since I'm dealing with snow(self explanatory) . but basically I'm looking for:
HD
Stable picture
Waterproof would be nice
Tape/SD no preference

Sorry should have been more clear, i have a go pro for Point of View but I'm looking for a camcorder in which a friend can record while I'm doing tricks vie versa, with on the spot playback
