$150-$200 Camcorder

I am looking for a decent camcorder/digital camera that will record good video for youtube. I have looked all over and its pretty hard to figure out the good ones from the bad ones. I will be taking pictures with the camcorder/camera..but I will be doing more videos than anything.

I will be recording in a room with an over head incandescent light so the lighting isn't "fantastic". I currently have a Kodak Playtouch which records 1080p but the video looks grainy.

I know alot about computers/tablets..but I know nothing about cameras/camcorders. What I do know is I would really like the camcorder to take SD cards not tapes or discs. Also i don't know if I should get a compact one or a pocket one..All I know is my price range and what I want it to do. Thanks for any and all advice..and if you think that a digital camera would be better please let me know makes/models. (same for a camcorder)
