ultimate budget stabilization

Hi! I am looking for a camcorder up to 300$. The only requirement is that i get the best picture stabilization available. I care not for anything else, it can be new model/old model/ancient model, it can be black and white with the picture size of the postal stamp and without sound. The only thing i care about is the stabilization.

I plan to use it while running wildly through the forest (naked), that's why i need stabilization.

I don't want to use any rigs like steadycam or similar so don't please don't suggest them.
