Need an HD video camera for filming mountain biking.

I am looking to buy a video camera, Preferably 1080p, but 720 is ok. price range of 1-2K usd, possibly a few more. it must be able to be over-clocked to 120@720p. Now don't tell me this impossible to get for the price range, because the GoPro shoots 120fps@480p, and the RED EPIC shoots 120fps@5k (over 13 million pixels). 720p Hd is just under 1 million pixels and 480p is 300k pixels. so how is the Red Epic 166 times the price of the gopro for 43 times the pixels. so there must be a camera that is around 5 times the price for a bit more than 3 times the pixels, keeping the frame rate the same. so...

any ideas?

It's price looks to be between the GoPro and the Big Red.

PPS. Sony HDR series may be them. Under 1K

And up to 240FPS. I'll leave it to you and Sony to find the exact models.

Besides I have a question. Since nothing standard has an 120 Hz frame rate, how will you play this content except in slow mo?
