About AVCHD, High-quality DVD-video and standard DVD-video

My HD video camera (with software) can copy AVCHD format, high-quality DVD-video (9Mbps) format and DVD-video format (6Mbps). Can I use a regular DVD burner and DVD+/-R to copy those three formats? If so, is the second format, high-quality DVD-video (9Mbps) playable on a non Blu-ray DVD player?

Any decent DVD copy software, even CDBURNERXP can copy that DVD.

As to the play on non-BD (Bluray Disc) players the answer is most of the time no. If it is supported it would list such in its features. And no, I don't know of any non BD players besides a PC or Apple computer that can play such.
