Problems Capturing From Camera

Hi,

Have a SONY Digital 8 camera and when I try to transfer to the PC via a DV cable the top part shakes. Plays fine in the camera viewer. Bought a second DV cable thinking the cable is defective. Same problem. Tried different capturing programs same problem. Played it straight on the tv no problem so I went out and bought a Capturing device that accepts the RCA cables same problem.

Tried capturing the video and zooming in on the video to try and remove the shaking part but didn't work that good.

Not sure what to do or how to transfer the videos to pc.

Anyone have any suggestions?

That's proper.

It's simple why but the reason is that your old TV would not show that scan line. To correct it was simple but hard on some. Your video edit software needs to chop off one or two scan lines.
