Canon FS200 vs Sony SX40 vs Panasonic S26

I was wondering which of these cameras has the BEST QUALITY. I dont care about features or anything, just quality. I dont care much about the S26, so I only need the FS200 and SX40 comparison. I would like the S26 also.

Better lenses greater quality

Canon is the answer. In my experience buying camcorders you'll probably spend more with extra battery and other accessories which could accumulate to $200 more. If that is likely for you why not just go with Canon vixia line, which is around $400+ it will be usefull for years in an increasing screen size HDTV

Why would anyone want SD vs HD?

they dont have a hdtv, they only want to shoot for youtube, or maybe they dont have the computer to handle editing avchd
