MY SONY CAMCORDER

TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN:

I have a 2006 TRV-318 sony camcorder which was repaired by sony's repair center (Precision Repair). Was charged $100 for repairing viewfinder. Then when it was repaired and returned, then the cartridge holder was damaged. But they wanted to charge me another $100 for repairing that. I understand that there is a sony class action suit for theis very thing. Can someone help me or direct me to where I can get my camcorder repaired for replaced for free.

I haven't heard of this. I'd also be interested if there is a class action lawsuit anywhere regarding the crap software they provide for burning to a dvd (PMB) Do a google search. I cannot burn a dvd, sony gives me useless troubleshooting tips so the camera is basically useless.
I can't take it back so I'm stuck with the damn thing. I have spent two days looking for solutions and none of them fix the problem. Nobody should have to spend days and days looking for a solution for a problem. I want my money back and they can stick this camera up their butt.
