Sony HandyCam DCR-SR82 HDD Camcorder: "HDD Format Error"

Everytime I turn On my Sony Handycam I get an "HDD Format Error" Message on my drive and Obviously cannot record. Any Ideas as to how I can fix this ?

If so and it still won't work, try a reset, then talk to SOny if that doesn't help.

Sony Handycam SR 47 E HDD Format Error - Solution

I am unable to record and snap through HDD Sony cancorder,it showing HDD format error.

handycam always reads format error

when I turn on my handcam recorder, it always reads format error, why can't I record
