How To Transfer Analog Video To Computer To Burn DVD

I have a Sony Handycam CCD-TRV37 that I want to transfer the video to my computer to edit and burn to DVD. I know I will need a capture card of some sort because of the analog video, but that is my problem, what card. My handycam only has the RCA type plugs (one Audio and one video)for transfering.
I have a new computer running Vista, and Roxio Creator Premier 9.1 for software and a DVD burner. Most of what I read is for firewire or USB conections, but I have seen nothing for RCA type plugs on a card for transfering to my computer. can anyone help me with a brand or place to go to get this type of card, and also the how to for this kind of transfer.

I use the Hauppauge or ATI Tv/Capture cards.

Later I might use Virtual Dub to trim and DVD FLICK to burn.

That's it in two sentences.
