What camera options record straight to .mov format?

I had the Canon Powershot 100HS Elph ($90)
It was (almost) everything I needed.
- It has slow motion recording capability so I can play back the content in slow motion on the camera.
- It records directly to .mov format (which I need for another program I use).
However, it would only record 10 minutes worth of video then shut off automatically. Additionally, it has generated an Error 32 which I have come to find out is a flaw in the camera that has rendered it virtually unusable.
I am looking to replace the camera for around $200 and I need to find one that records straight to .mov format and will record for longer lengths (preferably more than 60 min.). There are so many digital cameras out there it would take forever to research the specs on every camera so I thought I would ask here first.
Thanks in advance!
