There a few discussions on here about a company called camerasandparts.com. I've read all the reviews here (and many elsewhere) and I have a question:
So I've been reading all these reviews of camerasandparts.com - one month *after* sending my G12 to them for the lens error repair - and I have a question (copied from another forum for ease).
For those who sent their cameras in and have not gotten them back, when did they actually charge you for the repair? I sent my G12 in at the end of January, but I have no record of any charge by the company. Now this is good in that I have no lost the $90 for the 'repair', but bad in that I have little recourse or leverage to get my camera back.
I am hoping that they eventually do come through, but I'm not holding my breath.
