T3i vs D3200 for a beginner DSLR

Hello, I'm new to DSLRs but I love photographing and have the hobby to take pro pics, so I decided to upgrade to a DSLR.

I am confused between Nikon D3200 & Canon t3i, so which one do you recommend me?

And do both cameras support all lenses? Cause as I read on Nikon's, Nikon only supports specific lenses... But am not sure about Canon's too...

Your question goes back to the old, old, old unsolved argument of which is better; Nikon or Cannon.
It is still unsolved.

As for lenses:
The T3i can handle all EOS lenses
The D3200 can handle all lenses, but it will not autofocus on the older lenses that require a focus motor built into the camera. All of the newer lenses have focus motors built into the lens.

Either way there are more than enough lenses available.

Get your hands on both cameras and buy the one that feels right to you.

If you decide Nikon over Canon, your money is better spent on the D5100 than the D3200.
