I'm looking to upgrade my Canon S95. What should I do?

A year or so ago I got a Canon S95, and it's probably the best camera I've owned. However, I'm interested in upgrading because the LCD screen has a pretty severe dead pixel issue, and the camera is out of warranty. I'd like to get something similar but with GPS and better photo quality/megapixels. I do prefer the compact size as well.

I see that the obvious answer is the Canon S100, but it got a lower rating on this site by the editors, and they say it has a kinda slow picture taking speed. Is there a better Canon camera to upgrade to other than the S100? From cnet's review, the Canon PowerShot SX260 HS seems like it would be a better choice, but it's a cheaper camera than the S95 and I'm worried I would be downgrading.

I do prefer to stick with the Canon brand as well.

The Canon SX260 is a very desirable camera but it is a downgrade from your S95.

You should look at three Canon cameras before you decide your next step:

S110
G15
G1 X

I think the G15 and the G1 X are both a little too big and out of my price range.

I do like the S100, since it's basically a slightly better version of the S95, but I noticed that the S110 doesn't have GPS. I don't think the posting pics to social networking sites straight from the camera is something I would use very often. Other than that difference, is the S100 essentially the same thing?

The S110 does have a touch screen
