Lumix DMC-ZS19K~ 3D Doesn't Work!@!!

I got a Panasonic DMC-ZS19K today and the 3D doesn't work! I had Panny first tier support on the phone for over an hour. I have a KDL-55HX729 Sony3D TV. I can't think of any setting undone. The 3D images display as 2D on my TV. I called Sony first tier support and was told that the MPO file format would have to be recognized or there wouldn't be a picture but that the camera wasn't sending out a 3D signal. The menu settings on the camera were set for 3D. I really like the camera but may return it if this doesn't work properly.

I exchanged it for a Sony DSC-HX20V, similar, a little more solid in feel (and more expensive) and although I haven't tried it since it's charging, the 3D feature HAS to work with my Sony Bravia TV. Panasonic support terrible.
