Video on dslr help rendering

So i have the canon t4i on AV mode..does the settings most likely for me with the 18-55 kit lens. video used to be fine most likely i am shooting at 1/30 of a second or above. But this time no matter what how many different video i shoot. every time i upload to youtube it becomes all jittery and smeary. On the computer it plays nice and fine.. Windows media player...i edit using the Win movie maker didn't work and camtasia studio ..not at all. running windows 7. but yeah all vids work fine on comp just when i upload on youtube play it back it is all ugly please help!!

And i would like to thanks for helping this is how i got settled on this DSLR

I'd convert it to something else with handbrake first and try that on the youtube. Also try research on this on google such as...
