COHU DSP 3600 Series NEED HELP !

Hi, I have a COHU DSP 3600 Series camera and I dont know how to use it on my laptop. <span>It's using EASYCAP USB 2.0. After I plugged into my laptop, nothing happened. I tried to use "EasyCapture" "VidStudio" "Altami Video Kit" I can configure the source to "USB 2.0" but after that, all I can see is only a black screen.

<span>It's either my cam is not working or the software is not compatible.<div><span>

Given the choices, why not look around the site or if the product is that bad, return it for something with support.
