Video camera vs video camera

So I have been looking at two video cameras. I like to make videos and put them on YouTube. Not trying to be a movie maker guy. Anyway my flip video camera broke (I washed it) so I'm looking for a new one. Ive been looking at the Polaroid DVG-720BC Digital Camera and the Aiptek A-HD Pro 1080P Camcorder. The Aiptek seems a little better but I just don't know. (yes I am cheap) anyway if anyone has had experience with any of these then can you please share if it was good or bad. Also which would you chose out of these two?

Polaroid basically finds things to slap their name on. Aiptek is all over the map on quality and software that tends to find folk seeking help on how to install, use and not crash.

I would not buy either. What do you have now? Even if it's a camera phone.
