Digital Video Recorder 1080P with GREAT Audio

Looking for a small-ish handheld digital video recorder which shoots true 1080p HD video AND records loud live music without distortion. Something like a Zoom Q3HD except with legit 1080HD video recording would be perfect.

So far, seem to only find one or the other (great video, lousy audio or great audio, not real HD video).

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I continue to carry an audio recorder.

What makes you say the Samson doesn't shoot legit HD video? It specifies 1080p @ 30fps, so it is real HD.

iVo TCD746320 Series4 Premiere DVR at a super low price. It is of best quality and easy to use, great picture, great stability, great sound, great picture taking stability. I will recommend this.
