Any digital cameras that have good audio recording?

Alright, so my Cybershot DSC-W80 is finally out of commission. Iced tea was the culprit....not much of a loss, honestly.

I keep trying, in vain it seems, to get some good video clips while at concerts and similar events. Usually there's just way too much bass for these little mics to handle properly.

I really need something small that can not only handle high noise levels, but can also get some reasonably nice low-light pictures. Usually in these situations, a flash is very unwelcome.

Of course, to complicate things further, I have a pretty low budget.

You guys/ladies seem to know what's going on. I'd love to hear your ideas.

To get good audio, you would need a camera that can accept an external mic, and preferably one that allows manual audio level adjustment. For low light pictures, you would need a camera with better high ISO performance. That usually entails a larger imaging sensor. A brighter, wide aperture lens also helps in low light.

There are cameras that offer all that you want, but they would not be cheap, nor would they be allowed by the concert venue.
