Old Kodak DC50

I was given aKodak DC50 from a friend. Kodak does not sopport the camera anymore. The camera still works, but i need to know if there is any software/Drivers around that I can use to download the pics onto my computer. I am running XP Home & Pro. The camera uses a PCMIA(?) 4meg card. My laptop has a PCMIA slot on the side.
Is there a way to recover the pics. Thanks

I will only continue in the Digital Camera Forum..

1. Section 3.1 of http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/docs/HOWTO/other-formats/pdf/Kodak-Digitalcam-HOWTO.pdf shows you used to use a serial port for this model. It details how to use kdcpi.

2. As to the pcmcia card, it's more likely to be compact flash. Try it!

A also got an old DC50. The memory is indeed PCMCIA and not CF. What you need is the disk that came with the camera. It has a program called PhotoEnhancer that you need to read their .kdc format photos and convert them to something usable like jpeg or tiff. I don't have one or know where to get one. It is not XP compatible.
