Transferring internal memory to PC

Hi,
I have a Sony digital DSC N2 and have pics I can see in the internal album on the touch screen but I cannot get these onto a memory stick or directly to my PC. I have connected PC without mem stick on the understanding the computer would read the camera's internal mem but the photos remain "hidden" and the message that the folder is empty appears. Please can anyone advise me how to get photos from the internal album out of the camera? Any help gratefully received. Trina

It tells you how to transfer internal memory to memory stick.

It also refers you back to page 62 for the details that lead you up to page 70.
