Digital cameras forum: Defective SD Card

Please tell more. In what way are the pictures horrible ? What settings were you using, and in what conditions wee the pictures taken ? [ location, lighting, time of day...]

I have never seen a memory card that was the cause of a bad picture.
The memory card will work or not, it does not alter the picture.

You said the pictures were "processed" through Kodak Gallery.

I assume you are saying the pictures files from the memory card were sent to Kodak Gallery and they mailed you prints.

I assume you uploaded the picture files to the Kodak Gallery website using the Internet.

Kodak Gallery also offers "Photo Sharing", whereby you send picture files to them via the Internet and they make them available on the Internet so that you and others can look at them.

I suggest you join the Photo Sharing and upload some of the photos so that we can look at them.
Most of these services will let you keep the photos private or make them public so that others can see them.
If you make them public we will be able to see them and help determine the problem.
