Digital Handycam streaming

After 6 years of sitting in storage, I tried to use my, now obsolete, Sony DCR-TRV350 NTSC Digital Handycam to watch 20 years of 8mm videos and discovered that there are no devices compatible to stream the video on. The new TV doesn't recognize it and none of my computers recognize it either. I no longer have the disk with the driver to install it anew. So what do I do. I can't seem to find a safe place in cyberspace to download it either. Can I still use my Digital 8 camera?
