DSLR help!

I am looking for a good DSLR for a amateur.
I need at least:
4.5 FPS sooting
usable 3200 ISO
cheap as possible
not full farmed
I don't have an investment in lenses.
I am looking at the Nikon D90, and Canon 50D. So what is our opinions and any other good suggestions.

Choose the 40D and use the extra money on decent lens.
