Help me choose a camera!

I have an HP 5.2 MP camera now. Since having it I have fallen in love with taking pictures!! I love taking pictures of people...I am interested in photography and with my son on the way I want to be able to get some great artistic photographs of him. Mainly those are the types of pictures I would be taking...family etc. I want to upgrade as much as I can for now...I am willing to spend 300.00. I want the best camera I can get for that. I want something I can make enlargements with and just have clear clean pictures. Any camera suggestions?

If you want excellent image quality at a bargain price, take a look at the Canon A620, A630, A640.

All three cameras have the same lens, the main difference is the amount of megapixels.

The A640 has 10 megapixels and will make excellent poster size prints.

The A630 has 8 megapixels and will be a bit less expensive.

The A620 is 7 megapixels and has been out for about a year, so you may find a bargain price for the A620.
