How can I make my external hard drive Mac accessible also? How can I store files from my Mac into the external hard drive?

NTFS for Mac on your Mac and it would read and write to that NTFS formatted disk.

Make a FAT32 partition on it. That can fully be accessed by Windows, Mac and Linux. And by your TV, if it can play movies from disc.

The good news is that many have written how to do this today.

No one can tell you exactly how to do this but you can see that it's a common procedure so pick the method you feel you can handle. If it's still too hard, have it done for you.
