Reinstalling os Lion - disc is locked

I cannot reinstall Lion, as I keep getting messedes saying that the disc is locked.
When running the disc repair I get a messege saying "invalid sibling connection". I cannot repair it. I have then erased the HD and tried to reinstall, but to no avail.
I'm going round in circles.
