printer problem

All of a sudden my Samsung ML2510 and my HP photosmart will not print from desktop intel running 10.4 but the HP will run from my laptop. What is the problem.

Also want to add that the test pages work on both of them. Seems to me that it just won't send jobs to printer. They show up in quere but don't print.

Sounds like a case of a "Paused" print queue

send something to the printer and then open the Printer icon that appears in the dock.

You should see the document that you are trying to print.

Now check all the icons and Menu bar items until you find the one that says, something like, resume print queue.

Once found, click it and it should start printing

Did that and it does show the job and the bar is moving and then it says "job stopped" just like it has been doing for 2 days.

deleted and readded but then would not work in Adobe Reader. Reset subsystem on printer and now everything is working fine.
