What does this hardware error message mean?

I use an intel based imac 10.5.8 with 1 g memory. Recently I had been having problems with the disc drive not reading content from DVDs so I ran a hardware test and this error message was logged: 4 NS/1/40000000:TOOP-128.000. Please can anyone explain what it means and what I have to do to have it corrected?

to heat and heat sensors.

Might be time to use your AppleCare, if you have it, or to get the disc drive replaced by an AASP
