GTS 450 Compatability

Heya,
atm my specs are all decent except for the graphics, which is intel hd integrated >.<. This makes my fps quite low for basically anything other than TF2. Gameboosters if they work dont help that much usually and half the time they make the game jerky o.0
So I think I wanna go for this card,

65 quid GTS 450, I wouldn't wanna spend more than 75 really and all I want is to not lag on games like SupCom, MC and they dont have to have amazing high quality terrain or whatever either. However I will be having this comp for at least another 4 years so I want the graphics to last and be good enough for that time.
Anyway, the actual question:Will I be able to use this card? Without having to buy more wattage or whatever.
I'm not entirely sure what specs you need to help me so I'll just put some random ones here :P. I mean the online calculator ones need me to put in a lot of weird specs that Ive never heard of before lol, so I just hoped someone could help me here :P

You have a 300w psu.
Unless you want to upgrade that your limited to something like the Hd 5450 1GB.

Should be much better than your Igp.
