this is a good build and this is the right part ?

CPU: i7 3770

Case: cooler master elite 430

Motherboard: AS Rock Z77 Extreme4

Memory: G.SKILL DDR3 16GB (2x8GB) PC10666/1333 RipjawsX F3-10666CL9D16GB XL

Power Supply: OCZ ZT Series 650W 80+ Bronze Modular

Hard Drive: Western digita 1tb black caviar

I will be using the built in graphic

DVD burner

Mouse and key broad

23" led

this is any good for everyday use like web youtube a little video edting no gaming
