Help with Security Cameras

Hello. The other day I installed a Lorex QLR460 card on computer, and ran my existing cameras to it. (Toshiba CCD IK-645A. With Honeywell HLD5v50F13L auto Iris lens) The software opens fine and it sees there are cameras attached to it, but it does not give me a live feed of the cameras like it is supposed to.I have successfully connected the 4 Cameras I have to a tv with only an adapter so I know that they work and they have power. any advice on how to fix or test this setup? I have tried to contact Lorex several times over the last 2-3 weeks with no help at all. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

What I check is the camera is getting video to the BNC ends by plugging each one into a monitor. Some folk don't have the monitor and can't test their setup. If so you have to decide if you need to call in a tech to sort it out.

Also, most of those cards have settings for NTSC, PAL and more. I am not offering to detail all the settings. You as the CCTV system builder have to know this area.

Clarification

I have plugged the BNC ends directly into a T.V.s composite video input with just an adapter from radio shack. the picture showed up fine on that. My boss thinks it may have something to do with FPS and frequency being out of sync but he isnt sure and neither am I. These are the things I was supplied and was told to try and make work. The thing is, this looks like nice software... when it works, but this has been on my plate for a wile for when business is on a lull. I cant even figure out how to further test this. is there a way I can hook up a signal generator to the card just to see if it is faulty? I realize most, if not all generators are for sound, RF, or IR, but is there a way to make something up just to test it?

Those capture cards can have a lot of settings. I can't guess all the permutations. You would know the basics of PAL vs. NTSC and the video termination settings.
