Possible Compatibility Issue

Last year, I built a computer using tips from a friend of mine. The computer itself works fine, but I think I'm having a problem with my graphics card.

<div>I'm running a GeForce GT 520 Silent (PCI-E, manufactured by ASUS) with an ASUS P8H67-M PRO/CSM motherboard. My processor is an Intel Core i3-2120 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz, and my power supply is ample for the graphics card, 450W, 12V, 30 Amps.

We built the computer, turned it on, everything was working fine. I updated the graphics card driver from NVIDIA's website, and my computer started an infinite reboot loot the next time I turned it on. I was hoping it was just the specific card, so I went through the RMA return process with ASUS and got my new card recently. Put it in, updated the graphics card driver, same problem.

I have tried updating the graphics card driver from the CD that came with the card, installed previous drivers before the most recent one, I have completely wiped the operating system and started fresh, and it always ends up with an infinite reboot loop. The system itself works fine running off the built-in graphic chip set in the motherboard, but when I talked to ASUS they checked all of the components (Motherboard, power supply, processor) and said there were no compatibility issues.

What else could be causing my problem? I don't want to just go buy a different card if its not going to work either. I really appreciate any help that can be offered!
