Can I use my computer monitor as a TV for Dish Network?

So, I have a dual monitor setup. My ultimate goal is to throw out my TV and have everything set up on the computers. One problem though- I have Dish Network, and the only cable I have for access to it is a coaxial cable coming from the wall. I bought a USB TV tuner with a coaxial cable input spot on it, and I don't know if that would be any good at all. I bought a Monoprice USB Digital TV ATSC.

I have my doubt, not every usb devices will work on a usb port of the monitor as though it's a usb port on a computer. Hope I am wrong.
