System Restarts......

I am Using Windows 7 Ultimate.....
My system is geting restarted again and again on its own whenever I use aero theme.
Otherwise it restarts automatically after 30-40mins.
I had already instaaled a new fresh copy of my OS but the problem still persists.
RAM is working fine and also processor as the same is happing even after replacing RAM and Processor.
4 GB DDR 3 RAM
Quad Core LGA 775 processor.
p5g41t-m lx ASUS Motherboard.

In BIOS power manaement there is a problem in 3.3V its turned red and its 2.86V is comming.

Is there problem with my SMPS or board?

the system temps....try using PCWizard. Once you start PCWizard....the minimize it will show the system temps in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Also ...have you check for BAD CAPS ? If not familiar....check Google.

Sure sounds like a PSU problem

I agree with Bob, this sure sounds like a power supply problem. It wouldn't be a bad idea to check the temps either, since it's so much cheaper and easier to do. I always use SpeedFan, but whatever you use, you should check it. With an Asus mobo I wouldn't think you'd have a capacitor problem, but if you see any leakage around anything on the mobo, that would be a sign. You didn't mention having a graphics card, so I assume you're using integrated graphics. If you do have a graphics card, you want to be sure to disable the integrated graphics in the mobo since they can conflict.
