New Build Advice

by BloodyDream3 - 11/17/12 11:26 AM

I posted this in the desktop forums but I thought it might be better here

I'm deciding on a new build, my budget is around $800 and I've narrowed it down to a few different ones. It's mostly for general use but possibly gaming sometime.

This is basically what I've come up with so far but I'm debating on a case:

-I'm trying to choose between that one and: Cooler Master Storm Stryker, Bit Fenix Colossus Window, NZXT Phantom, and the Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced. All are around the same price, which is a little more than the Azza in the actual build. So any advice is welcome.
-If there is an Intel Processor that is better for around the price of the FX-8350 then I'll be willing to switch. I would rather it be quad core though.
-There's an Asus version of the same Video Card (Asus Radeon 7750) which would be better?
-I'm planning to get 3 more HDDs and have a raid 10 setup. Are WD Blues good for that? I found a 300GB Velociraptor for the same price as the Blue, is it worth it? I know it would be an overkill for raid though, right?

Also, some help with Raid setups would be nice but I have quite a few questions so that might be best in private if you can help.
Thanks for any help you can give =)
