I have an old stone desktop with a smaller motherboard, inside, not sure what form factor it is. I have removed three screws from it, but what is left are three things that appear to be screws but without heads on them. I am trying to move all my components into a new case and am having trouble with the final part.
Also this motherboard is quite old but i have a brand new 750w psu, do you reckon it will be okay for me to use this instead of my current one? will there be any risk to my hardware or the motherboard?

Later designs used plastic retainers in place of a dozen screws.

You see the slots on that? That's so you can press the four parts inwards and it releases.
I love literal interpretations. How did you get a picture of this computer if you were without this computer?

Now what tool would you recommend for this? A pair of pliers seems better than tweezers at this stage.

Do you think a brand new 750W psu will damage my (at least) 5 year old mobo. The one I use now is about 110W ...

While it shouldn't there are old gear that can't stand the inrush current. This is why no one can tell you it will be OK. It should be OK.
