Basically im just looking for wich card i can run without any problem, My power supply is only 350w, So i need to make sure my comp is taking too much power.

It appears you are still unsure and at this point I think it best you replace the PSU since you must be sure.

350W just isn't very big in today's demands. While yours is running as is, it maybe time to increase that for the new GPU. The plain fact is that newer GPUs require more and also it needs above and beyond to have breathing room as well, so it isn't so burdened. What do your new GPU specs say they need in order to run? What is the current temps(s) of your case? Last, cheap is cheap so don't go that route, heat stress and power demands find the weakest link. However, a decent 500W even a generic one could well serve your needs.
