standard cooling or advanced?

hi i was wondering if a system with these specs would work out fine with standard cooling or if it would be more benficial to have a high performance cooling system. I intend to have the intel i7 2700k, 8gb RAM, the nvidia gtx 560ti gpu, the asus v gene mobo, a corsair 90 gb ssd and 750gb hdd and a corsair 750 watt power supply. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't need something like liquid cooling for this build, I just want to make sure my computer won't overheat and crap out right after i get it. Also, the only games i am really intending to play are diablo 3 and Heroes of neworth both of which will be ran on the ssd. thanks for any help or advice that you guys could give.

IMO, cool for needs

It never hurts to have more cooling at work in a PC. I haven't heard anyone complain that they had too much cooling, rather the other way around, too little or found out it was. Basically, if you know your cooling is capable, then use what you have and hope it'll suffice. As I've stated many times, gaming is a stressful environment and prolonged play will find the weakest link. So build now to the needs required and if so, over-cool or use what is considered "rated" for your needs. Starting out with a well-heeled PC should make PC use pleasant. I state build it now, because if less than capable, it will start the heat stress degrade process until it falters, so play heed. Besides actual cooling of the innards, make sure you can exhaust it all and this is where better PC cases pay for themselves, like side vents or empty vents where an extra fan can be mounted or several.

significantly lower temp while operating your PC, getting a better HS Fan makes infinite sense to me.

Suggest looking at Frostytech.com to see the temp difference between the stock HS Fan and the aftermarket units available. Xigmatek makes some excellent coolers that do significantly better than the stock HS Fan without breaking the bank or driving you out of the room from noise.
