I'm assuming you are potentialy going to tell me something unplesant, lol, and I'm glad you've asked cuz I think it runs hotter than blazes to be perfectly honest with you.

one's of the same wattage are NOT alike.

Out of curiosity, what video card are you running ?

stepping B3 of the MB. Do you see another problem or compatibility issue with the listed components ?

Ok....have you been in contact with the MB mfg ??
Yes and all they say is, "we'll RMA it".
What's TigerDirect say ?
They say go to MSI and get an RMA
Did the system ever run properly ?
Yes the first time for almost 6 months, then the capacitors literally blew their covers off. The second time yes for about 3 days, then would not power up. The third time about 4 weeks then would not power up.
Were you able to test any of the components ....like the RAM ?
No I do not have the level of knowledge how to do that. I'll start Googleing and reading how.

In regards to the comments made by others about getting a better system and that the MB maxes out at 125W. The CPU is 125W so I do not see why that is an issue, nor do I see why Tiger or any other hardware bundler would put together kits that have incompatible hardware. I'm about to chalk this up to a bad decision and go buy an ASUS from Best Buy with a Black Tie warranty and say never again to taking a chance on the potential headaches from a build. I am not the only one that has experienced this being a POS board. There are 42 one & two star reviews out of 243 total on Tiger Direct for this MB, all experiencing the same exact issues I have experienced. In fact they have not even posted my review and I suspect have quit posting reviews for this MB.

Interestingly enough I was tempted to suggest a new MB but to be honest....it sounded as if that wasn't an option you'd consider. I really didn't find any compatible MBs with enough 5-star ratings to suggest to you.

RE the CPU and core temps....they seem a little high especially at 'normal loads'. Are you still using the Zalman CPU cooler. Did you apply new thermal paste when you reinstalled the CPU ? The CPU core temps on my Intel i860 are running below 30c.

CPU HS Fans...but for now I'm using Xigmatek which gets good reviews at Frostytech.com and from buyers over at Newegg.com. The nice thing is it comes with a decent fan but you can change it to meet your preference for max cooling or lower noise.
