Next, if there's any noted x86-64 or Intel 64 or AMD64 to a cpu specs it should be 64-bit capable. However, since this PC was released as std. PC not a server, I wouldn't use it. Depending on actual usage it may do OK or not. As for the install of server OS, since the org. OS was 32-bit suggests it wasn't going that route for std. 64-bit operation. Overall, it's a poor candidate to install as a server. But, having a 64-bit(Intel 64) ready cpu, it should accept the server s/w.
IMO, having a duo-core cpu makes it more possible for server use. But, there is a reason for Xeon cpus and being server used is thus the main reason. Ad hoc PCs are being build against my advise for yrs., whether good or bad becomes a mute issue, I still get paid by the hr. adios -----Willy
