i need help chooseing a new video card.

okay so right now i have a intergrated motherboard ati x200. it plays games okay. i have 2gb ram. ddr2. and i whant to upgrad to a video card so i can play games like the sims 3 or rollercoaster tycoon 3 smoothly. i whant to get a MSI - ATI Radeon HD 4350 512MB DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 Graphics Card. but idk if it will work or if there is better. if anyone needs more info let me know. btw my budget is at the most 60 bucks.
